Delivery & Shipping Policy

Our meals can be consumed immediately, or kept in the fridge for 2 days. Each package shall contain 2 days of meals, stacked in an insulated box with an ice pack to preserve freshness.

Meals will be delivered in insulated, regulatory-standard cool bags containing an ice pack. We deliver to the location of your account address on Sundays and Tuesdays.

Should no person be present at the delivery address to accept your order, packages shall be left on your doorstep. Failure to receive the package in person will not be deemed eligible for a refund.
